RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with FutureMaizon. We strive to ensure your satisfaction; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Return Window

You may return your items within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the return shipment must be dispatched and postmarked within this 14-day period. The countdown begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery of your package.

2. Conditions of Return

To qualify for a refund, all items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition, suitable for resale.

  • Packaging: All original tags, labels, and receipts must be attached or included in the original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for return or refund.

  • Integrity: Any item returned worn, washed, or damaged without prior disclosure to our support team will be rejected. In such cases, the return will be voided, and the product may be disposed of.

3. Return Process

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

  • Shipping Costs: All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Duties & Taxes: FutureMaizon is not responsible for customs charges, import duties, or taxes associated with return shipments.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot process refunds for items lost in transit without valid Proof of Shipment or a Track & Trace number.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If an item is damaged or defective, contact our support team at once. We will assess the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or full refund.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

We aim to process returns efficiently to ensure you receive your funds promptly.
