1. Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer complimentary shipping on orders exceeding $100.00 USD (or approximately R1,700 ZAR, depending on regional exchange rates).

Automatic Application: No promotional code is required; the discount will be automatically applied at checkout if the threshold is met.
Exclusions: Free shipping applies to standard transit costs only. Surcharges for remote areas, as detailed below, remain the responsibility of the customer.

2. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the buyer.
Compliance: Customs policies vary widely by jurisdiction. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information prior to placing your order.

3. Remote Area Surcharges

Certain geographical locations are classified by couriers as "Remote Areas" and incur additional handling fees.

Disclosure: This surcharge will be calculated and displayed at checkout once your shipping address is entered.
Policy: Even if an order qualifies for free standard shipping, the remote area surcharge will still apply.

4. Order Processing and Cancellations

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, our logistics system begins processing orders immediately.

No Adjustments: Once an order is placed, we are unable to facilitate cancellations or modifications.
Timeline: We aim to process orders by the following business day. However, during peak seasons or high-volume periods, please allow 3–7 business days for order fulfillment.
Tracking: Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
